Return Period
You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please notify us within 2 days of receipt at info@amikestudio.com. We may request photos and your order details to assess the issue.

We will offer an exchange if the same item is available.

If repair or replacement isn’t possible, a full refund will be issued, and we will arrange return shipping.

Return Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check. Please allow up to 7 days for inspection.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval and credited to the original payment method, subject to your bank’s processing time.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.

Sale and Final Sale Items

Sale or promotional items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or not as described.

Consumer Rights

Incorrect size selection (unless the item was misdescribed)

Buyer’s remorse

Minor colour variations due to screen display

Made-to-Order Items
Please note that all made-to-order or bespoke items are non-refundable as they are crafted specifically for each client.
