Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our atelier in Kigali, Rwanda.

Order Processing
Each piece is handcrafted with meticulous attention. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Delivery
We ship exclusively via DHL Express to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Estimated delivery time: 5 business days (subject to customs clearance).

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary based on destination and order size. Charges will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Made-to-Order Production
Some items are made to order and require 4–8 weeks of production depending on the style. These items are not held in stock and are crafted specifically for each client. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.
