Returns

Each piece is made with care and intention. Should it not align with you, returns may be requested.

Returns can be initiated within 15 days of delivery by contacting us. Once approved, a return number and instructions will be provided.

Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving return instructions. Returns received outside this window may not be accepted or may be issued as store credit.

All pieces must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact. Items that are altered, damaged, or incomplete may be returned to the sender.

Shipping costs and import duties are non-refundable. Returns must be sent from the country of original delivery.

As each piece is crafted with intention, made-to-order and customized items are not eligible for return.
