Please note that the shipping rates outside of Rwanda are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches
your destination country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials.
You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply
in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises. We are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times, unclaimed parcels or incorrect shipping information provided. If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns that comply with our returns policy:
You have within 15 days from delivery to request a full
refund. Your return number will be emailed to you once your return has been initiated. Please note any shipping charges or import duties paid will not be refunded.
Unsuitable item(s) must be
returned within 15 days of receiving your return number and shipping labels. Returns received outside of this window may not be processed or may only be refunded as a store credit.
Item(s) must be returned unworn,
unwashed, and in perfect condition, with all labels intact, and in their original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to customers.
Returns can only be processed from within the same country to which the order was originally delivered.
Accessories and jewellery must be returned in the same condition they arrived in, with all branded labels and packaging intact.
Returns are not applicable for items that have been made to order or customized by you.
